A Message From The Executive Board
The BCNMUN executive team has been closely monitoring the pandemic situation here in Spain, across Europe and abroad to determine our best course of action for our upcoming conference. Given the dynamic situation of the pandemic and the situation that many schools are faced with, our BCNMUN has decided that we will be moving to a virtual platform for our conference which will now be taking place on March 26-28, 2021. Our team feels that it is in the best interest of all of our participants that our conference take place virtually this school year.
This year’s theme and all of the committees and topics will remain the same in order to ensure that our virtual conference remains as close to those we have held over the past years. Please refer to the “Committee” tab in our website for more information.
This year our virtual conference will be taking place on a google platform and so it is necessary that all participants (MUN directors, delegates, etc) register with an existing gmail account. Our registration is now open and attached below. You will find FORM I which needs to be filled out by the delegation’s MUN Director and sent to our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org by February 1st, 2021. In the FORM I, we will be asking MUN directors to confirm that all participants have access to a google account in order to participate. In addition, we will be sending, closer to the date of the conference, a form to acknowledge the GDPR statement for this virtual conference.
Here you can find our official invitation letter to the BCNMUN conference (invitation letter), the official registration form (Form I), billing information to our conference. Feel free to download the document as a PDF and submit your registration forms to our email email@example.com.
We hope to see you in the spring!
